10+ custom designs plus your favorites from the sketchbook unlimited ( when planning the design additional sketches may be added by the artist to support the vision)

In-person discussion of final designs, placement, color pallet

Wall prep - The wall needs to be painted in satin or flat finish before starting. To be done by the client or worked into the proposal

Timeline: November 8-11 walk thru. March 12 - April 16th condo updates
